Dimce is a Civil/Structural Engineer with more than thirty years of post graduate experience in the Oil & Gas, Civil Infrastructure and Trenchless Industries.
Since 2000, Dimce has been involved in the Australian trenchless industry for both Microtunneling and HDD companies working with the likes of Cherrington, Coe Drilling, Tunnel Boring Australia, Pezzimenti Tunnelbore, Tunnelcorp and most recently with Bamser.
His Trenchless experience covers predominantly business development, however project and contracts management, estimating and QA systems implementation is a significant part of his experience that he brings to Directhitt whilst developing the Microtunneling division.

Eamon has spent almost three decades in the HDD industry, commencing his career with Cherrington, then Nacap Drilling Malaysia and Coe Drilling, before starting with Directhitt. An accomplished and experienced HDD Engineer, he started with Directhitt in 2021 assuming the role of General Manager.
His experience covers design and construction of large diameter HDD crossings in a variety of ground conditions, with extensive experience in Shore Crossings and HDD Intersects throughout Australia and Southeast Asia over the past 27 years.

Karl has gained his expert knowledge by progressing through the ranks from a Rig Hand to his current position with over 20 years in the HDD Industry.
Karl has been Operations Manager at Directhitt since 2016. Karl has managed operations for many difficult and complex HDD projects during his career.
With over two decades of drilling experience in a variety of progressively more responsible roles has meant that Karl has a wealth of experience in the varied and diverse disciplines needed for successful HDD operations in the field in differing conditions and cultures.
Karl’s impressive resume includes successful completion of multiple HDD crossings throughout Australia and Southeast Asia ranging up to 2200 meters in length and ream diameters up to 1500mm.
